The aluminum body has cooling fins on both sides and one-piece silicone seals at the front and rear. An Arca-Swiss compatible dovetail on top clips into off-the-shelf quick-release clamps under the airframe. Three front covers: thermal (germanium window), LiDAR (IR-transmissive window) and gas sensing (louvered intake with a waterproof breathable membrane).
The rear cover has a cable gland and a breather vent. Body size, front cover type and the internal mounting plate can be tailored to the sensor.
