From design to production

Design
Mechanical design for the application and environment — sealing, cooling, mounting and service access — delivered as 3D models and drawings.
- 02
Prototype
CNC and 3D-printed prototypes to check fit, assembly and appearance.
- 03
Test
Pressure, water, vibration or salt-spray testing as required. Only tested results go into the specification.
- 04
Production
Tooling, finishing and assembly, with inspection before shipment and dimensional reports on request.
Moyens de production
CNC turning and milling, injection molding, stamping, tapping, heat treatment, anodizing, powder coating and other finishes, plus assembly. Both low-volume and high-volume runs.
Matières
Aluminum 6061/7075, stainless steel 304/316, carbon steel, brass, and engineering plastics such as PA66-GF30, POM, PC and ASA — or as specified on your drawing.
Tolérances et qualité
Tolérances générales ISO 2768-m, cotes critiques jusqu'à ±0,05 mm. Contrôle total ou par échantillonnage avant expédition, rapports dimensionnels sur demande.
